How to install/update games from the cloud

Here's the simple steps to install a new game on a system:

Before the update:
  1. Stable internet access has to be available to the system
  2. A valid license has to be available to the system
  3. All headsets should be connected to the operator cabinet and must be turned on. Notice the green color of the headset Rocket (ok for update) in the overview image as well as the small plug icon (🔌) next to "HEADSET", indicating that it is properly connected over usb. The Plug icon (🔌) is not required for Focus 3 Turnkey systems with Black headsets. Headset Octopus (update not possible) is not connected and needs to be switched on.




Update
  1. Step:  The operator has to switch into admin mode:
    1. Click on menu icon at the top right, the menu opens:

    2. Click "Enable Admin Mode", the default password is "admin"
  2. Click on "Store" at the bottom of the screen


3. The content should show a purple "Install"/"Update" button now, if not click the "refresh" button at the top of the page
4. Press the "Install" button and follow the instructions on screen.


5. Wait for the installation to finish, do not remove any devices from usb, do not remove the internet cable and do not shut down any system components


If the installation fails even though all headsets are connected and show the small plug icon in the overview:
Click the "refresh" button at the top of the "Store" page and try again.
