For headset replacement we also need to know the name of the headset which needs to be replaced before we are able to send a replacement.
Our regular guarantee headset replacement process is to send them back to us or one of our destinations designated by our SPREE Interactive support. After guarantee repairing you will get the headsets back. We always prioritize our customers to get the headsets back as fast as possible.
If an immediate replacement is needed we can also send out replacements within a short notice. In this particular case we will fully charge for the headsets then and give a refund on any guarantee case after receiving the replacement headsets back.
