How to reboot the system and headsets

Most problems can be solved by rebooting the system and the headsets.

To reboot the system, follow these steps:

Open the menu via the hamburger button on the top right:

and tap “Reboot System”

To reboot a headset, follow these steps:

Locate the power button and long press it for >10 seconds.

Then press the power button for 2 seconds to restart the headset - the power LED will turn blue.

Verify inside the headset that the “Pico” bootup logo is shown.
