Connection Status - What to do if you have a problem with a not connected or offline tracker or headset

If a headset is switched off or not connected to the system, a gray tile will be displayed



The small icons also show whether a device is connected to Wi-Fi and charging.

If a tracker is offline, it is shown as red with an exclamation mark.

To fix this, the operator needs to short press (half a second) the designated button on the tracker until the tracker LED turns green.
The cable should be not plugged in for correct LED display




Before handing over a headset to a guest, make sure that the LED on the tracker shows green.

If not, press the button in the middle for a short time (0.5s) until the LED turns green

Please note that more than 10 active trackers are not supported please turn off unused trackers by pressing the Button for several seconds until the LED turns off and put it back charging. Inactive Trackers have a white LED while charging. This also helps the active trackers to get more easy to a green light state.
