Screen is ON but the touch is not working
Screen is connected to the server via USB cable to make the touch work. Usually unplugging the USB and plugging it back in fixes this issue.
- Unplug and replug the USB-B type connector at the back of screen.
- Unplug and replug the corresponding USB-A type connector at the back of the server. It should be a matching color with the connector on the screen side. If you don't find it, you can unplug and replug all of them
